She was born on May 23, 1995 in Hermiston. Sybelle was raised and attended school in Irrigon. She graduated from Irrigon Jr/Sr High School. Sybelle enjoyed singing, dancing her doggy “Fred”, her kitty “Tiger”. She loved her family and friends.
She is survived by her Daddy: Jose Davalos, Phoenix, AZ; Mommy: Dorene Harris Davalos, Irrigon, OR; step Mom: Theresa Sowder, Forsyth, MO; brother: Zachary Floyd Harris & Brianna Baker; 3 sisters in Missouri; Grandmother: Joann Harris, Irrigon, OR; 6 aunts; 5 uncles; a niece on the way later this month that Sybelle was so excited and looking forward to meeting; many cousins with a special one, Whitnie.
Sybelle was preceded in death by her father: Victor Sowder; grandfather: Floyd Harris; grandparents: Abuelo & Abuela Davalos, Mexico; aunt: Diane Snipes; uncles: David Coon & Robby Harris; and both sets of great grandparents.
A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Irrigon Jr/Sr High School at 2 p.m.
