The city of Boardman has three positions up for election on the November ballot. Councilors’ Brandon Hammond, Del Turner and Brenda Profitt all have terms ending Dec. 31, 2018.
By the filing deadline of Aug. 28, the city received seven candidate filings. Incumbents Hammond and Profitt will be on the ballot for re-election. Jonathan Cornelius, Roy Drago. Jr., Logan Mayfield, Marc Rogelstad and Michelle Seeley are also seeking election for a seat on the council.
All positions on the Boardman City Council are non-partisan, at-large positions. Each position has a term of four years.
