The Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist congregation will be officially organized into a church during a special ceremony at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 4450 Quinney Ave., in Pendleton.
“The church celebrates being the first Hispanic church organized in Pendleton and is committed to the Hispanic community of Pendleton to be a church that serves, and a source of knowledge of God by practicing His presence in our daily being,” said Robert Amaya, church pastor.
