The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in identifying and locating a man suspected in four burglaries in the Milton-Freewater area.
The burglaries were all committed at commercial buildings. According the sheriff’s office, the suspect tends to commit the crimes in the early morning hours. He has stolen a car (that has since been recovered), a firearm, several laptop computers, cash, cigarettes, and has caused around $5,000-$10,000 worth of damage.
The suspect is believed to ride a bicycle and to carry a backpack. He wears dark colored clothing, is of average build, and may have a dark complexion.
