The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance in locating property stolen from a residence in the Pilot Rock area.

On Nov. 4, suspects stole a horse trailer from the residence and loaded it with multiple stools, tool boxes and cabinets, saddles and other miscellaneous items. Some of the items are unique and therefore very easily identifiable, said the sheriff’s office.

Items taken include the horse trailer, multiple saddles and blankets, multiple roll away stackable tool cabinets and smaller tool boxes, numerous tools (including calipers, routers, vehicle body repair tools, machinist tools), a large black 60-gallon compressor and other items.

The horse trailer is a 1999 American (ATMC) custom trailer (white with green stripes) bearing Oregon plate U262819. One of the saddles taken is custom made by Don Potter, a 1880s replica Visalia style with a slick for angora saddle bags, pommel bag over horn, custom stamped martingale and extra set of plain leather stirrups.
