Soroptimist International of the Greater Hermiston Area has financial aid available for women in Umatilla and Morrow counties who are head of their household and are working to better their lives through additional schooling and skills training.
The club is awarding $1,000 or $500 through the “Live Your Dream: Education & Training Awards for Women” program. The application is available online and must be submitted by Nov. 15. For more information, see the club’s flyer on Facebook.
