Soroptimist International of the Greater Hermiston Area has financial aid available for women in Umatilla and Morrow counties who are working to better their lives through additional schooling and skills training. The “Live Your Dream: Education & Training Awards for Women” program has been helping women around the world since 1972.
Applicants for the awards must have primary financial responsibility for themselves and their dependents; must be attending an undergraduate degree program or a vocational skills training program; and must have financial need.
