The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is still registering participants for youth basketball. The league is open to kids in grades one through six. Games and practices are held on Saturdays.
The registration deadline is Jan. 13.
The parks department also has limited spots left for its Junior Basketball Clinic for children ages 3-5 as well as kindergarten-age.
