The Stanfield Compost Yard is accepting tree debris from the recent windstorm from all Umatilla County residents free of charge through July 19.
Only limbs, trunks, branches and stumps will be accepted. The public can use access code 7777# daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Other rules and restrictions may be posted at the gate.
The compost yard is located one-quarter of a mile north of 405 Hoosier Road. For more information, call Stanfield City Hall at 541-449-3831.
