The Stanfield Tigers couldn’t muster much offense Friday night against the Irrigon Knights, but they didn’t need much.
The Tigers shut out the Knights, 7-0, to improve to 2-4 on the season and 2-1 in conference play. Stanfield will travel to Heppner on Friday to take on the 6-0 Mustangs. The loss drops Irrigon’s record to 2-3 overall and 0-2 in conference play. The Knights will face Weston-McEwen/Griswald at home on Friday.
