Stephanie Lynn Johnson of Irrigon passed away on Dec. 16, 2023 in Hermiston at the age of 42.
She was born on June 11, 1981 in Salem, Ohio to Marlene Newlun and the late Roger Johnson.
Stephanie was a loving mother, daughter, and friend. She had a vibrant personality and was known for her humor and wit, always bringing a smile to the faces of those around her. Stephanie had a deep love for animals and her “rescue” dog Abby was her constant companion.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoyed crafting, which was her favorite hobby. She found joy in creating beautiful and meaningful pieces. She loved camping, spending time at the beach, and simply being in the company of her family and friends.
Stephanie will be deeply missed by her son, Colton Taylor; her mother, Marlene Newlun; her brothers, Paul and Rick Johnson; extended family members, Tim Mclean and Soleil West; and her best friends, Jen Buchholz and Darla Ash.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Johnson.
A celebration of life to honor Stephanie will be held on her birthday, June 11, 2024. The location will be determined, and the event will be by invitation.
Stephanie Lynn Johnson will forever be remembered for her loving nature, infectious laughter, and her ability to bring happiness to those around her. She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness. Rest in peace, sweet angel.
