The Hermiston office of the Tri-Cities Cancer Center in Kennewick will offer a free community presentation, Best Practices for Healthful Living, on Thursday, Jan. 16 at Sun Terrace Hermiston.
The educational event goes from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The presentation includes strategies for optimizing health and decreasing chances for ill health. Refreshments will be provided.
