The Umatilla Library, 700 Sixth St., is hosting a teen gaming tournament Friday, Sept. 15 at 2 p.m.
The game of the tournament will be Super Smash Brothers on the Nintendo Switch. Participants from the ages 11-18 will each play two preliminary rounds in groups of four with winners moving onto the next round.
The number of rounds will be determined by how many participants show up to the tournament. Prizes of gift cards from Java Junkies will be awarded to the first and second place winners. All participants will be provided with snacks throughout the tournament.
