Terri Denise Carter of Hermiston passed away in Portland on Oct. 28, 2021 at the age of 55.
She was born on June 2, 1966 in Weaverville, Calif.
Terri moved with her family to the Hermiston area in 1971. She attended schools in Eastern Oregon and graduated from Riverside High School in Boardman in the class of 1984. After high school, she traveled for a time but spent the majority of her adult life in Eastern Oregon.
Terri was artistic and crafty and enjoyed using her talents to create special gifts for friends and family. Her creative side also made her an excellent cook and baker. She was a sensitive soul who cared for other people.
She is survived by her son, Benjamin Carter; mother, Anita Tittman; two sisters, Jadene Dickerson and Lisa Miller; brother, David Reed; grandchildren, Ashleigh Carter, Dameion Carter and Jordan Carter-Robinson; and several extended family members and friends.
Terri was preceded in death by her daughter, Leticia Carter and a sister, Jolene Gibson.
A private family service will be planned.
