The Desert Arts Council season kicks off on Sept. 26 with a performance by Presidio Brass.

The Desert Arts Council and Shearer’s will bring the music of Hollywood to Hermiston in a concert by Presidio Brass on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. in the Hermiston High School Auditorium.

Presidio Brass is an energetic brass group that brings a big dose of humor, blazing virtuosity, and sensitive moments to their concerts. This concert connects the audience to both exciting jazz and classical music used in the movies as well as great selections from film soundtracks.

“Presidio Brass is the face of a bold new generation in brass entertainment,” said Desert Arts Council Board President Phyllis Shovelski.
