Thomas Norman Woodard of Hermiston passed away in Hermiston on Feb. 9, 2023 at the age of 76.
He was born on July 24, 1946 in Boston, Mass. to Wilfrid and Ruth Norman Woodard.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023 at the Hermiston Cemetery.
