Hermiston Energy Services customers in portions of Hermiston were affected by three short outages in the past two days.
That included an outage of about 4 minutes around 2 p.m. on Monday, and two outages of less than 30 seconds each on Tuesday morning.
Those customers have been switched to another feeder at the Hermiston Butte Substation as crews address the faulty equipment suspected as the cause of the outages.
