He was born on Aug. 25, 1951 in Pendleton to Virgil and Phyllis Owen Fetterhoff. Tim was raised and attended schools in Hermiston. He joined the United States Marine Corps and served until his honorable discharge. Tim was a former member of the Jaycee’s, president of the Downtown Association, 4-A tournament for basketball, Elks Club, and Main Street Cowboys in Pendleton. He and Wendy were foster parents to over 30 children from Hermiston and Pendleton.
A celebration gathering is planned for March of 2017.
A private family burial was held at the Hermiston Cemetery.
