He was born on Oct. 26, 1958 in Pendleton to Arthur and Irene VanBeveren Kelley. Tim was raised and attended school in Pilot Rock and later in Hermiston. He then attended Blue Mountain Community College for a time. Tim worked as a forklift operator in Boardman for several years. He later worked as a taxi driver and then for the laborer’s union in Oregon and Washington as a painter on many different projects. Tim was an active member of AA and NA for over 20 years. He enjoyed music, concerts, computers, reading, time at the river, and was an avid sports fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Davis; brothers, David, Dan, & Michael; sisters, Corinne & Kathleen; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Gary.
A celebration of life service was held.
