Tim Teraberry
On Friday March 25th, 2016, Timothy James Teraberry passed away in his home surrounded by his family. He was 57 years old.

Tim was born on May 5, 1958 in Walnut Creek, California to Donald “Jack” Teraberry and Ravelta “Jo” Teraberry, being the eldest of two sons. In 1962 Jack and Jo moved their family to Idaho. Tim graduated from Vallivue High School in 1977 where he had played football, basketball and ran track. He married Annette Sauvageau on November 26, 1982 in Caldwell, Idaho. They welcomed their first child, Stacia, in 1985 and their second, Nick, in 1988. They moved to Hermiston in 1988. Tim became a Beaver while attending Oregon State University. He graduated in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Tim was employed with Chemical Waste Management as a chemist for approximately 18 years. He was a member of the Oasis Vineyard church.

Tim was an outdoorsmen, fishermen, hunter, a cyclist, a kayaker, trap shooter and music enthusiast. As a kid, Tim grew up with a great love for the outdoors, hunting and fishing with his Dad and brother. Tim spent great quality time with both of his kids while boating, camping and attending all their many sports events as he volunteered at youth group and campus life during his kids’ teen years.

Over the years, Tim acquired many new interests and hobbies, always keeping Annette on the go and laughing! Tim also enjoyed spending special times with his grandkids while making great memories. Tim’s gentle spirit, quick wit and kind smile attracted people (and animals) to him, especially kids and teens. He touched so many lives and was a wonderful neighbor, co-worker, friend, son, papa, uncle, father and husband.
Tim is survived by his mother Jo Teraberry, wife Annette Teraberry, daughter Stacia, son Nick, brother Steve (Rebecca), grandchildren Makaiyla, Kamri, Kaden and Jaxon, and numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his father Jack Teraberry in November 2015. There are so many other special people in Tim’s life and list the too extensive to comprehend.

Thank you to all the family, friends and the community for the love and support during this difficult journey.

Tim loved the youth of Hermiston so in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to YFC Blue Mountain/Hermiston Campus Life 595 S 1st St, Hermiston, Ore., 97838.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at New Hope Community Church, 1350 S. Hwy 395, Hermiston.
