Anthony P. “Tony” Loveday died on Dec. 16, 2021 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 55.
He was born on Sept. 20, 1966 in Pendleton to Anthony Sr. and Linda Hamilton Loveday.
Tony was raised and attended schools in Payette, Idaho before moving to Hermiston his senior year, graduating from Hermiston High School in 1984. He had worked for Lamb Weston, drove UPS truck and was currently driving truck for Medelez Trucking.
Tony enjoyed motorcycles, cars, mushrooming in the mountains and fishing, and was an animal lover. Tony had a good sense of humor and was an avid social media buff.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Kinniburgh, Hermiston; sisters, Minnie Webb and husband David, Oregon City and Diana Van der Vort, Pilot Rock; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tony was preceded in death by his father.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Irrigon.
