UCo Health will provide drive-thru vaccine events in Pendleton and Milton-Freewater for individuals 18 and older in September and October.
According to UCo Health, persons 12 and older may now be eligible for Bivalent COVID-19 boosters if they have previously completed at least a primary COVID-19 vaccination series with the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine 2 or more months ago.
Those eligible for vaccination should select an arrival window online. Individuals unable to access the online form may call 541-278-6311 for assistance. Bilingual Spanish staff are available You will have to register prior and will receive a confirmation email with details.
The drive-thru clinics will be at the following dates and locations :
- Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate: Friday, Sept. 30, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Milton Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 713 S. Main St.: Friday, Oct. 7, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 8, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
UCo Health is asking Umatilla County residents to visit its website, social media and Oregon Health Authority’s COVID-19 Vaccination webpage for information on COVID-19 vaccine eligibility and availability. Residents who prefer to receive this information by phone are asked to call 211.
The health department is continuing to update Umatilla County Public Health Facebook page as new information becomes available. County specific data is available on the Regional COVID-19 Data Dashboard.
