Patrick Collins, land use specialist at Umatilla Electric Cooperative, has been selected to serve on Touchstone Energy’s Business Development Advisory Committee.
Touchstone Energy is a national network of electric cooperatives across 45 states providing research, communications resources, and employee training programs that help its member cooperatives better engage and serve their members. Touchstone’s four advisory committees are comprised of 15 members each for a total of 60 members across the United States. These committees provide program insight and guidance as they advise the 14-seat board of directors and staff of Touchstone Energy.
“I am looking forward to serving my three-year term on the Business Development Committee representing Umatilla Electric,” said Collins. Before landing in the utility industry in early 2022, Collins worked closely with economic development initiatives across the state of Oregon.
