Umatilla City Hall and the Umatilla Public Library have opened their doors to the public, but they require visitors to continue maintaining a minimum distance of 6 feet from others.
Additionally, the library is allowing only 10 people at a time to enter, so there may be a wait. Only two computers are available, with a 30-minute use limit. Business hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
