The Umatilla County Special Library District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Bamboo Room at the Pendleton Center for the Arts at 214 N. Main Street in Pendleton.
