A Weston man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with multiple sex crimes involving minor victims.
According to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth Allan Gascon-Martin was arrested Tuesday after a search warrant was served at his home in Weston, 211 N. Water St., Apt. 1-A. The warrant, according to the sheriff’s office, was the culmination of a month-long investigation.
Gascon-Martin was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, unlawful penetration in the first degree, second-degree sexual abuse, strangulation and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. The charges involve multiple minor victims.
According to the sheriff’s office, detectives are continuing the investigation and are seeking additional victims.
