The Umatilla County Special Library District Board will hold a work session on Saturday, Feb. 18.
The work session will be held in person and via Zoom from 9 a.m. to noon at the Eastern Oregon Business Source, 245 S.E. 4th St., in Pendleton. Following the work session, there will be lunch at the OGG Distillery.
