Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC) is accepting quotes for Janitorial Services at the UEC main location at 750 E. Elm Ave., Hermiston, Oregon.
TERM OF CONTRACT: The initial contract term shall be one (1) year unless terminated sooner in accordance with the termination provisions.
CONTRACT EXTENSION: At the option of the UEC, and upon written agreement by the Contractor, the Contract may be extended for additional one (1) year periods by UEC providing to the Contractor written notice of UEC’s intent to extend the Contract. UEC shall provide such written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Contract. The maximum duration of the Contract, including extensions, may not exceed five (5) years .
THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE PROCUREMENT UEC will not be accepting protests.
Solicitation Q&A: Questions, including requests for explanations of the meaning or interpretation of Solicitation must be submitted in writing to the e-mail or physical address below. The questions may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier, hand-delivery, e-mail or fax and must be received by UEC no later than the date and time indicated on this Cover Page. Questions received past the specified deadlines will not be accepted.

METHODOF BIDDING:
BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE UEC HERMISTON HEADQUARTERS BUILDING.
Bidders are solely responsible for the means of Proposal delivery.
PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE DUE DATE SPECIFIED. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
