The city of Umatilla, the Umatilla Parks & Recreation Department and the Umatilla Chamber of Commerce are hosting the annual Trick or Treat on Sixth Street event this Friday, Oct. 27.
The first half hour will be sensory friendly. Many businesses will be decorated and handing out candy and there will be a business decorating contest, as well as a pet costume contest hosted by the Umatilla Museum. City hall will also be decorated, with candy on hand for trick-or-treaters.
