The city of Umatilla is holding a contest for ideas for a new Parks and Recreation Department tagline and logo.
The contest is open to all people who reside, work or attend school in Umatilla. The prizes for winning entries are $50 for first place, $25 for second place and $10 for third place.
The deadline for submitting taglines or logos – or both – is Dec. 31. For the competition rules and submission form, go to the city’s website.
