The Umatilla Vikings scored a late touchdown Friday night to chalk up a win over Union/Cove, 7-6.
The victory was the first in over a year as the Vikings went 0-9 last season. The Vikings went into the locker room down 6-0.
The 1-0 Vikings will travel to Pilot Rock this Friday.
