The city of Umatilla has established a new grant program to assist restaurant operators located within Umatilla city limits who have been impacted by Gov. Kate Brown’s Executive Order 20-65, prohibiting on-premises consumption of food or drink, inside or outside.
Applications for the grant are available at on the city’s website. They’re due by close of business on Feb. 26.
