The city of Umatilla is inviting the entire community to the 2022 Winter Festival on Friday, Dec. 2. at the Umatilla Marina.
Festivities go from 4:30 to 9 p.m. and include the opening of the ice rink, live music, holiday vendors, visits with Santa and the Grinch, sleigh rides, lighting of the Christmas tree and much more. Umatilla-Morrow County Head Start will be kicking off this year’s Coats for Kids children’s coat drive, as well.
