The city of Umatilla is holding a clean-up day on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bring your yard debris, old appliances, household trash, etc. to the Umatilla Public Works Department, 1205 Third St., where dumpsters will be waiting. You can also have your items picked up. They must be on the sidewalk and ready to go. Crews will not pick up items on your property.
To schedule a pick-up, contact Hannah Keister at 541-922-3226, extension 113 or hannah@umatilla-city.org by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19. Volunteers are welcome to sign up by contacting city hall.
