The USDA has recently increased qualifying income levels for families and individuals to receive food through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
Residents of Umatilla, Gilliam, Morrow and Wheeler counties can check the revised USDA-TEFAP guidelines to see if their household income is eligible.
