Vicente Flores Rodriguez passed away in Hermiston on Dec. 20, 2018 at the age of 80.
He was born on July 19, 1938 in Mexico to Diego Rodriguez and Basilia Flores.
Services were held on Dec. 26 and Dec. 27, 2018.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston was in care of final arrangements.
