Virginia L. Vincent died on March 28, 2023 at her home in Hermiston at the age of 82.
She was born on Feb. 22, 1941 in Porterville, Calif.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Stanfield.
