U.S. Rep. Greg Walden (R-Hood River) will hold a town hall meeting in Heppner on Friday, March 13.
Walden will give an update on legislation aimed at growing the economy and creating. He will also discuss legislation to increase access to home health care services for Oregonians.
Walden will be in Heppner at 8 a.m. at the Heppner Elks Lodge, 142 N. Main St.
“These town hall meetings are another way I keep in close touch with the concerns of Oregonians, along with regular telephone town halls, via Facebook, Twitter, and, of course, mail and email,” Walden said. “They help me develop my ‘to do’ list to take back to Washington, D.C. each week.”
