U.S. Rep Greg Walden (R-Hood River) will travel to Umatilla County on Friday to hold a roundtable with local officials on the region’s recent flooding.
Following the roundtable at the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office in Pendleton, Walden will tour the recent flood damage.
After the tour, Walden will meet with local public health officials regarding the 2019 Novel Coronavirus.
On March 2, the Oregon Health Authority announced that the third case of coronavirus in the state Oregon was in Umatilla County. Read Walden’s statement on that case here.
