Wildhorse Resort and Casino in Pendleton opened its latest expansion – the Lobby Bar.
Appropriately named based on its location in the lobby of the Tower Hotel, the new Lobby Bar was added as a way to accommodate guests looking for a more laid back area to sit and enjoy a cocktail.
“Previously, Plateau Fine Dining and the Wildhorse Sports Bar were the only locations on property where our guests could enjoy a cocktail,” said Bruce Mecham, director of Food and Beverage for Wildhorse. “With live entertainment in the Sports Bar three nights a week and the many sporting events shown daily, we had a number of guests that were looking for a different atmosphere to talk and relax.”
In order to accommodate the Lobby Bar, the Gift Shop was relocated to the other side of the hotel lobby and WildRoast Coffee Shop & Deli was moved to the previous gift shop location. WildRoast now offers not only a complete espresso bar and pastries, but 16 flavors of Tillamook Ice Cream, and made to order sandwiches, salads and burritos as well.
All three venues are now open. The Lobby Bar welcomes guests 21 and over beginning at 11 a.m. daily. WildRoast begins serving guests at 7 a.m. daily and the Gift Shop is open at 8 a.m. daily.
