William “Bill” “Old Sea Dad” Fisk died on April 11, 2017 in Oregon City at the age of 86.
He was born on Dec. 3, 1930.
A celebration of life service with military honors will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston. A potluck gathering will follow at 80036 Leathers Road, Hermiston.
