CAPECO will present a workshop on Thursday, May 26 focusing on de-escalating potentially violent situations.
The workshop will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Hope Community Church, 1350 S. Highway 395.
The training is designed for people who work in an environment where this is potential for violence. The workshop will include discussion on assessing workplace risk factors, anger escalation scale, the aggression defusing process, when and how to disengage and more.
