U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden will hold town halls in Morrow County on Sunday, Oct. 11.
Wyden will be at the Boardman City Hall at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. He will later travel to Gilliam County for another town hall meeting. The two meetings will be his 744th and 745th town hall event he has held since being elected to the Senate in 1996.
“I place great value on these town halls because they give Oregonians a chance to share their ideas and concerns with me in their communities,” Wyden said. “Throwing open the doors of government is how we do things in Oregon and the best way I know to follow the Founding Fathers’ intent that elected officials hear directly from constituents.”
