Pendleton Children’s Center, Inc. and the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce are hosting the Young at Art Off-the-Wall Framed Art Sale on Sunday, April 23.
The fundraising event goes from 12 to 4 p.m. at the children’s center, 510 S.W. 10th St.
