Donna J. Arroyo of Pendleton died on July 27, 2025 in Pendleton at the age of 77.
She was born on Feb. 7, 1948 in Pendleton to Eugene and Betty Moore Arroyo.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton.
