He was born on April 8, 1929 in Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Florencio De La Cruz and Isabel Salinas.
Visitation and a celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 3 until 7 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
