Richard C. Turrell of Lexington died on July 9, 2026 in Heppner at the age of 78.
He was born on July 13, 1947 in Albany to Frederick and Lila Turrell.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 1 p.m. at the Heppner Elks Lodge #358.
