David A. Kramer of Hermiston, longtime La Grande resident, died on July 30, 2026 in Pendleton at the age of 86.
He was born on July 16, 1940 in Marysvale, Utah to Paul L. Kramer and Ardeth M. Tanner Kramer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
