Harkenrider Senior Center Offering Exercise Classes Beginning in March

The Harkenrider Senior Center, 255 N.E. Second St., has a couple of new exercise classes starting in March.

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m., March 2-May 20. New students will be accepted through March 9. For more information, call Lynda at 541-922-4203.

Upright & Functional teaches ways to modify activities of daily living that involve balance, strength and flexibility. All activities are modifiable for all abilities. Classes are on Wednesdays at 1 p.m., starting on March 4. Call Deb at 509-429-8052 with questions.
