William “Bill” Prosser of Hermiston died on Dec. 19, 2024 in Portland at the age of 44.
He was born on Dec. 19, 1980 in Umatilla.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the Flying X Speakeasy Lounge, 220 S.W. First St., Pendleton.
